Postage, Packing & Delivery Postage charges are quoted at checkout and apply to UK orders only. Overseas orders need to have a revised shipping total before payment is made. All postage is combined for multiple purchases. We do not have a minimum postal charge however each order does include a 0.75p packing fee to cover all wrapping costs eg packing tape etc in with the total charge. Postage is based on weight of parcel only regardless of the number of items you purchase. Our postage charges are calculated for UK addresses only. All items are dispatched via either Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force Standard delivery service, once payment has cleared.
Once we have contacted you stating your order has been despatched you should allow approximately 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive. If for some reason you parcel fails to arrive you should contact us and we will investigate this for you. You should refuse to accept the delivery if there is obvious damage to your products, the post office will then return the package to us for inspection, you should also contact us to let us know about this problem.
Free Shipping applies to the UK only on orders over £65 which are under 3.5kg in weight.
Note:- Moonshadows Realm can accept no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels unless sent by Royal Mail special delivery service which is a fully insured service or you request to have an additional 45p added for insurance. Currently the post office will cover claims for parcels valued at £36.00 anything over and they do not cover it. Please state you require additional insurance and add this to your total otherwise as stated above we can not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to your parcel.
Further note anything over 1Kg goes by Royal Mail Standard Parcels and can take 3 - 10 working days to get to you. If you require Special Delivery then this will cost extra but will mean you will get your order next working day, this option is available upon checkout, as is parcelforce 48 where applicable.
If you require a parcel to be sent by registered or recorded post please email us for a quote as our shop checkout will only charge you for standard first class post or standard parcels if the total weight is over 1kg.
RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. However please email us prior to returning. We do not refund postage, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcels returned to us, we advice you to send the parcel you are returning by recorded delivery.
Saltpeter, Sulphur & Charcoal - Please note, it is company policy to decline the sale of all 3 of the above items placed together by new customers. The potential for misuse of these items are obvious. Whilst we understand that not all our customers wish to roleplay as Guy Fawkes, we prefer to be safe rather than sorry. All orders containing these 3 items will be declined if you have placed less than 5 orders with us (please note this doesn't mean 5 seperate orders of the 3 restricted items). We apologise for any inconvienience that this stance may cause, but hope that customers will appreciate the reasoning?
